That's great advice, thanks! AllTrails is a lifesaver, I should've thought of that. Facebook groups are a smart idea too – hadn't considered that angle. I'm already picturing myself getting hopelessly lost and having to be rescued by a team of super-fit local hikers... hopefully that won't happen though! Appreciate the help!
