Lost in Nam Cheong's Green Maze?

fmd_good Nam Cheong Park

I spent last Sunday at Nam Cheong Park, trying to navigate its surprisingly sprawling paths. I'd seen pictures, but wow, it's bigger than it looks online! I got completely turned around, ending up n… more

Haha, Nam Cheong Park! Yeah, that place is a beast. The paths are deceptive. I've found that sticking to the main paved paths and using the little park maps (the small ones, not the giant ones near the entrance) near the entrances as a rough guide helps. Also, try using a compass app on your phone; the layout isn't exactly intuitive. And seriously, those cicadas… bring earplugs. You won't regret it. Good luck!

Seriously, the cicadas?! I was wondering what that incessant buzzing was! Thanks for the compass app tip – hadn’t even thought of that. And smaller park maps? Smart! Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.

Yeah, that makes sense. Old buildings are definitely full of surprises! I guess I let my imagination run away with me a bit. Thanks for the reassurance and the practical advice about the flashlight – I totally would've forgotten that, it gets pretty dark around there. Looking forward to the play now, all the mystery talk nearly put me off!
