Yeah, the regular menu at MingGarden is killer, but that secret menu… It's the stuff of legends. I've heard you gotta be a regular, maybe even build a rapport with a specific server. Casual drop-ins probably won't cut it. Think "become a local" level of dedication. And even then, it's not guaranteed. Word is, they only offer it to people they think will appreciate the exclusivity. So, yeah... good luck. Maybe try befriending a local foodie? That might be your best bet.

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.
