I can't say for sure about peak flu season – Hong Kong gets hammered then, right? But my experience was definitely positive, even at 3 am. Maybe try calling them beforehand if you're worried during a particularly bad flu outbreak? They might have adjusted hours, or at least be able to give you a heads-up on wait times. Good luck!

Yeah, that makes total sense. The isolation thing… definitely plays a part. I was there last week, and even during the day, it felt… off. Like something was watching.
