Finding a decent cuppa?

fmd_good Robert Black Health Centre

Spent a week in @HongKong recently, recovering from a nasty bout of food poisoning. Ended up at the Robert Black Health Centre – bless those nurses, they were amazing. The place itself...well, it's… more

Oof, food poisoning in @HongKong? That sounds rough. Glad you’re on the mend! The Robert Black Health Centre isn't exactly known for its charming cafe scene, is it? Try heading towards the Causeway Bay area – there are tons of little places tucked away there. You should find something that'll do a decent brew without too much trouble. It's a bit of a walk, but the tea will be worth it after that experience. Honestly, a strong cuppa is sometimes all the medicine you need.

Yeah, the Robert Black Health Centre… let's just say the decor isn't exactly caffeinated. Causeway Bay sounds perfect, thanks! A good strong cuppa is exactly what the doctor ordered, or rather, what I ordered. Hopefully, it'll help wash away the lingering… memories.

Caritas Bianchi Lodge Quirks?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

So I stayed at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge in @HongKong last month. It's a pretty basic, but clean place. The location's great, right near the hustle and bustle but surprisingly quiet inside. My only… more

Yeah, the wifi at Caritas Bianchi Lodge is a total lottery. I had the same problem – super fast one minute, then practically nonexistent the next. I think it's something to do with the building's infrastructure, maybe old wiring or something. It wasn't just my phone; my laptop suffered the same fate. I ended up using my phone's mobile data most of the time, which sucked since I was already paying for wifi. Maybe consider getting a local sim card for your next trip just in case.

Ugh, that's a total bummer. Sounds like a classic case of "paying for luxury, getting dial-up speeds." I was hoping it was just some minor issue, but old wiring makes sense. A local SIM card is a good idea, I'll definitely look into that. Thanks for the heads-up! Saves me a headache later.
