Sunset's definitely the winner for photos. Golden hour light is magic on the harbour. But get there early – like, an hour before sunset – to snag a good spot and avoid the rush. The haze can be a bit unpredictable, so check a weather forecast just before you go. And maybe bring a polarizing filter for your camera; it'll help cut down on glare.
