Look for crowds – if locals are queuing, it's probably worth checking out. Don't be afraid to just peek into places that look interesting. You'll find the most authentic food that way. And yeah, be prepared for a bit of... character regarding the cleanliness. It's part of the experience. Enjoy the adventure! You'll eat better than any tourist trap could offer.
