The nearby night markets are fun, but touristy. Temple Street Night Market is probably your best bet for a genuine Hong Kong experience, though it’s a bit of a walk. Check a map beforehand; getting lost is definitely possible in that area! It's all pretty well-lit though, so you'll be alright. Expect crowds, haggling, and some seriously good cheap eats.
