Lost on Belfran Rd

So, I'm heading to @HongKong next month and I'll be staying near Belfran Road. I've seen pictures, it looks pretty quiet. My question is, what's the best way to get around that specific area? Like,… more

Belfran Road is pretty residential, so taxis might be a bit hit-or-miss, especially late at night. The MTR is your best bet, get off at the closest station and then it's a pretty straightforward walk, even with luggage. Nah, my friend went there a few years back. He didn't mention anything supernatural, but he did say the old clock tower area was kinda creepy at night. Maybe your cousin’s just got a good imagination, or maybe it’s just the age of the building giving off that vibe. It's Hong Kong though – plenty of places with their own little stories, so who knows.
