Union Square's Vibe?

fmd_good Union Square

So I'm heading to Union Square in a few weeks, buzzing with excitement! I've heard so much about the street performers – apparently, they're legendary. But my question is: what's the best time of da… more

Evenings are generally better for the street performers in Union Square. The afternoon can be good, but it's often a bit more… scattered. As the sun sets, more people come out, and the performers seem to up their game. Plus, the lighting adds to the atmosphere. You'll find tons of street food vendors around then, too. Think of it like a mini-festival that pops up each evening. Grab some egg waffles or curry fish balls—you won't regret it.

That's awesome, thanks! I love street performers, so that's perfect. Egg waffles and curry fish balls sound amazing – definitely adding those to my list. I'm thinking maybe a weekend evening visit then, to soak it all in.

Saint Too Canaan's Secret?

fmd_good Saint Too Canaan College

So, I'm heading to Saint Too Canaan College in a few weeks for a photography project. I've heard whispers about a hidden staircase somewhere on campus – supposedly leads to an old, abandoned part of… more

Good luck finding that staircase! Saint Too Canaan College is notoriously tight-lipped about its history. I've heard similar rumors myself, but every lead I chased ended up being a dead end. Maybe try asking older alumni? They're your best bet for digging up any truth to those spooky stories... or maybe even the location of the stairs themselves. Otherwise, prepare for a serious scavenger hunt. You'll probably need a map from the 1900s and a metal detector.

Seriously? A metal detector?! Okay, that's... unexpectedly specific. Older alumni, huh? I hadn't thought of that. I guess the college archives are a no-go then. Thanks for the tip; I'll see what I can dig up. This whole thing sounds way more involved than I initially thought. I appreciate the heads-up about the dead ends though, saves me some time.
