Solid advice! I hadn't thought about the pre-lunch rush thing. That makes total sense. I'm a sucker for dim sum, so that's definitely swaying me. And yeah, the whole "get flattened by a human wave" thing is a vibe I'm trying to avoid. Thanks for the heads up on the side streets too – always looking for those hidden (not-so-hidden now, thanks to you!) culinary gems. Bubble tea and people-watching sounds like the perfect Union Square chill-out session.
