Dim Sum Dilemma

fmd_good Tim Ho Wan

So, I finally hit up Tim Ho Wan in @HongKong, the one everyone raves about. The baked char siu buns? Legendary. Seriously. But the queue… I waited an hour and a half, and I’m still kinda salty abou… more

Yeah, Tim Ho Wan's hype is REAL. An hour and a half is brutal. In Mong Kok, try Lung King Heen. It's Michelin-starred, so obviously pricier, but the dim sum is exquisite and the wait is usually way shorter than Tim Ho Wan's. It's a different vibe, more upscale, but worth considering if you want amazing dim sum without the epic queue. Alternatively, you could try some of the smaller, less-famous places in the side streets – you might stumble onto a hidden gem (but you'll be taking a gamble!).

Robert Black Health Centre Nightmare?

fmd_good Robert Black Health Centre

So, I'm heading to Robert Black Health Centre next week for a check-up. Heard stories… whispers in the hallways, you know? Apparently, the elevator's been acting up, randomly stopping between floor… more

Nah, the elevator's just old. Hong Kong's public buildings... they don't always get the best upkeep, you know? I've been stuck in a few dodgy lifts myself. Probably just needs a service. As for ghosts... I'd say it's more likely someone's pulling pranks. Hospital's a place for stories, though. Lots of late nights, stressed people... stuff gets exaggerated. Don't worry too much, just maybe take the stairs if the elevator gives you the creeps. Focus on your check-up!

Yeah, you're probably right. Old elevators are a nightmare, especially in @Hong Kong. I've had a few dodgy encounters myself in older buildings here, nothing quite supernatural though! Good point about the pranks and stressed people – hospitals definitely have that energy. Thanks for the reassurance, I'll definitely try the stairs next time. Fingers crossed for a smooth check-up!
