Hong Kong's Hidden Noodle King?

fmd_good MingGarden Restaurant

So I went to Ming Garden Restaurant, right near the Central area. The place was buzzing, full of locals slurping away at these massive bowls of noodles. I ordered the Wonton noodle soup, something s… more

Dude, that's awesome! Ming Garden sounds amazing. Seriously, a flavour bomb broth? I'm jealous. The noodle texture is everything, isn't it? That perfect al dente chew... Sadly, I doubt they're giving away their secret recipe. It's probably generations of tinkering and family secrets. Maybe try looking for similar noodle shops in the area – maybe they use a similar technique? Or, you could try recreating it yourself! There are tons of noodle recipes online, maybe find one close and experiment from there. Good luck on your noodle quest!

Caritas Bianchi Lodge Mystery?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

Nah, you're not alone. I've heard whispers of strange goings-on around the Peak, not just at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge. Some say it's just the wind playing tricks through the hills, but... I've felt a similar vibe myself up there at night. Maybe it's the history of the area? Or just the sheer isolation amplifying sounds? Who knows. It's definitely added to the mystique though, wouldn't you say? Spooky, but in a cool kinda way, if that makes sense.

Yeah, that makes total sense. The isolation thing… definitely plays a part. I was there last week, and even during the day, it felt… off. Like something was watching. Probably nothing, but the old stories about the place… they really get to you. It's like the silence itself is somehow… unsettling. Spooky cool is a good way to put it, I guess.
