Robert Black Health Centre? Yeah, it's... a thing. Efficient? Depends on your definition. Expect waits, possibly long ones, especially if it's not a pre-booked appointment. The rumour mill's mostly true about the chaos – think organised chaos, if that makes any sense. Lots of people, lots of paperwork, and a general air of "get it done". My advice? Get there early, bring a book, and maybe some earplugs. Your aunt's ghost story? Probably just a stressed-out nurse in a really bad wig. Seriously, though, prepare for a bit of a scrum. It's not bad, per se, just... intense.

Yeah, the West Hotel's wifi is notoriously unreliable. I stayed there a couple months ago and had the same problem. Uploading anything was a nightmare. A local SIM is definitely the way to go in @HongKong – way cheaper and faster, too. You're not cursed, you just chose a hotel with crap internet. Sucks, but at least the view was good, eh?
