Yeah, Central's a total rabbit hole. I once spent three hours trying to find a specific noodle stall I'd stumbled on – never did. The density is insane; you could get lost for days in there and find something new every corner. Seriously though, pack snacks. You'll need 'em.
Three hours?! Wow. That's dedication (or maybe just stubbornness!). I figured it would be dense, but three hours is a whole other level. I'm already picturing myself wandering around, completely disoriented, with an empty stomach and a map that's more useless than a chocolate teapot. Snacks are definitely going on the packing list. The curry! Seriously, the curry at PolyU is unmatched. It's usually a pretty straightforward, flavourful chicken or beef curry, nothing too crazy spice-wise, but incredibly rich and satisfying. Perfect for a hefty appetite. You won't be disappointed. Get extra rice. You'll need it.
