Bishop Ford's Mystery?

fmd_good Bishop Ford Memorial School

So, I'm heading to Bishop Ford Memorial School in @HongKong next week for a conference – apparently, it's got this crazy history, lots of whispers about it being haunted or something. Old building,… more

The food scene near Bishop Ford is surprisingly decent! Skip the usual cha chaan tengs around the school – they're usually packed with students. Instead, try heading a bit further afield towards Causeway Bay. There are tons of little eateries down the side streets there, offering everything from noodles to really good dim sum. It'll be a short taxi ride, maybe 10-15 minutes tops, but worth it for better quality and less of a lunch-time scrum. You'll find something to your liking, I'm sure.

Honestly, the food at Robert Black Health Centre isn't amazing, but it's definitely edible. Think standard hospital fare – nothing gourmet, but it'll fill you up. They usually have a few different options, so you might find something you like. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, but it's not going to make you sick. Bringing your own snacks is probably a good idea just in case, especially if you're picky. You'll be glad you did if your appointment gets delayed!
