Forget the Peak Tram hype for a second. Check out the backstreets around Hollywood Road. Loads of tiny, unassuming places crammed in there, mostly serving locals. You won't find them on any tourist map, that's for sure. It's a bit of a scavenger hunt, but that's half the fun. Seriously, just wander around; you'll stumble on some amazing little noodle shops and dim sum places, probably even some places your aunt would've loved. Prepare for some seriously authentic eats.
