Spooky! That's a seriously weird find. Maybe it's just a quirky souvenir someone left behind, a forgotten trinket from a previous guest? Or maybe it's a weird inside joke among the staff... I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels around @Hongkong and @Singapore, and I’ve never found anything like that, though. A smooth grey stone? Sounds like something out of a movie. You should of taken a picture! Maybe post it online somewhere; you never know what might turn up. It’d be interesting to see if anyone else has a similar experience there.

West Hotel in @HongKong? I've stayed there twice. Never had a lost bag issue personally, but they were always super helpful with anything else. Their staff is genuinely top-notch. If your bags do go missing, I'd say they'll probably be pretty on the ball about getting it sorted. Maybe check their website for their lost property procedure – hotels often have that info online. And, you know, travel insurance is your best friend in situations like this. Worth the peace of mind, especially with pricey stuff.

Thanks! That's reassuring to hear about the staff. I did check their website, but honestly, it's a bit vague on the lost luggage procedure. I've already contacted them directly, fingers crossed. Good point about travel insurance – I'll definitely look into that more thoroughly for future trips. I'm mostly worried about getting my medication back, everything else is replaceable.
