Wow, thanks for the detailed recommendations! Pan-fried turnip cake? Intriguing. I usually go for the safer options, so this is helpful. And exceptionally good har gow… that's a high bar to set! I'm definitely willing to step outside my comfort zone with the chili oil dumplings – a little kick sounds perfect. I appreciate the heads-up.
