That sounds amazing! Unfortunately, I haven't heard of that specific dai pai dong. Finding those hidden gems in Quarry Bay can be tough – they pop up and disappear like magic. Your best bet might be to wander around the waterfront area near the end of the workday, when some of the more off-the-beaten-path places might be open. Yeah, that's what I figured. The whole "hidden gem" thing is a double-edged sword, isn't it? Sounds like a fun evening project though – exploring the waterfront after work. Thanks for the tips! I'll definitely try the "ask a local" approach. Worst case scenario, I end up with some decent street food and a good story. At least it won't be boring!
