Yeah, that makes sense. An hour queue is a commitment! I was thinking more of lunchtime rush hour avoidance, so maybe going a bit earlier or later could help. Good point about the egg waffles though – a good backup plan if the wonton noodle place is insane. Thanks for the tips!
