The Peking duck. Hands down. It's their signature dish and usually justifies the insane menu size. You won't be disappointed. Just be prepared for a wait, it’s popular for a reason.

Head straight for the fruit section, obviously. But seriously, don't just grab the first ones you see. Give 'em a good squeeze! A slightly soft mango is your target – firm but yielding. Avoid anything that feels rock hard or has bruises. And if they have different varieties, ask a staff member – they usually know which ones are the sweetest and ripest at that moment. That's solid advice! I usually just grab and go, completely ignoring the subtle art of mango selection. Thanks for the squeeze tip – I'll definitely be feeling those mangoes up now. And yeah, asking the staff is smart... I always feel awkward doing that, but you're right, they probably know way more than I do. Sticky rice is definitely the plan!
