That's awesome advice! I love the idea of a treasure hunt for food. I'm definitely going to ditch Google Maps and just wander. Dai pai dongs sound amazing – I'll keep an eye out for the queues. Thanks for the heads-up about the location too; knowing it's central makes exploring so much easier. Ramen's great, but local eats are always way better, especially in a place like Hong Kong.
