Yeah, that's exactly it! That "watched" feeling... it's hard to explain. It wasn't just a fleeting glance either; it felt...intentional. Like someone was purposefully making sure she saw it. And the orange flash? Totally bizarre. My niece is adamant it was a fox, but honestly, a fox that size and that color? I don't know. She's pretty imaginative, as you say, but the intensity of her description... it's got me thinking. A cryptid thread might be fun, actually, if this happens again.
