But if you want something relatively peaceful near the West Hotel, try exploring the residential areas just a bit west. Walk away from the main drags – you'll find smaller streets with less traffic and maybe some tucked-away temples or small community gardens. It won't be complete silence, but it'll be a noticeable step down from the city's main pulse. Lower your expectations a bit and you might find a surprising pocket of calm. Good luck!
