Honestly? Skip the wonton noodles. They're good, don't get me wrong, but overrated. The char siu is probably your best bet for a truly memorable Ming Garden experience. It's got this amazing melt-in-your-mouth texture and a perfectly balanced sweetness and smokiness. The dumplings are decent, but nothing that special. Trust me on the char siu. You won't regret it.
