Yeah, that makes sense. A service access point is a pretty boring explanation, but probably the most likely one. Kung fu dojo would have been way cooler though! I did wonder if it was something like that, something slightly off the beaten path... maybe an old, abandoned something. Grumpy gardeners are a real threat though, you're right.
