Totally agree! Tim Ho Wan was amazing, I’m already planning my next trip. Har gow – noted! And yeah, pointing at pictures is definitely my new strategy. The char siu bao obsession is REAL. I think I might even try making them myself eventually… maybe that’ll save me money, or maybe just lead to more dim sum adventures. Either way, win-win.
