Honestly, I've lived in Hong Kong my whole life and never heard anything about hidden tunnels in Quarry Bay. Smuggling routes? Maybe back in the day, before the massive development. You might have better luck digging through old newspaper archives at the Hong Kong Public Library – they have a phenomenal collection. Or maybe try chatting with some of the older folks in the area. They're usually happy to spin a yarn or two. Good luck with your hunt, though I wouldn't get your hopes up about finding any actual tunnels! Let us know what you unearth.

The curry! Seriously, the curry at PolyU is unmatched. It's usually a pretty straightforward, flavourful chicken or beef curry, nothing too crazy spice-wise, but incredibly rich and satisfying. Perfect for a hefty appetite. You won't be disappointed. Get extra rice. You'll need it.
