Kowloon Tsai Mystery

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I was at Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground last week, catching a local football match. The atmosphere was electric, seriously buzzing. But afterwards, trying to find a decent bowl of noodles nearby was… more

Man, Kowloon Tsai after a match is a beast. Finding good late-night noodles there is the real challenge, I feel ya. Try heading a bit further out, towards Prince Edward. There's a small, unassuming place on Nathan Road – I forget the name, it's got a red sign with some kanji I can't read – but the wonton noodles there are legendary. They’re open late and it’s always busy, but the queue moves fast. It's worth the slight trek, trust me. Otherwise, explore the side streets near the MTR station – you'll stumble onto some hidden gems, that's for sure.

Seriously? Nathan Road? You're sending me on a wonton noodle quest across half of Kowloon! I appreciate the tip, though. Prince Edward isn’t exactly near Kowloon Tsai after a football match, especially not with the crowds. But a legendary wonton noodle place…that's tempting. Red sign with Kanji…got it. I’ll keep my eyes peeled. Maybe I should just grab something closer, though, and save the legendary noodles for another night. Thanks for the heads-up!

West Hotel Mystery?

fmd_good West Hotel

So, I stayed at the West Hotel last week – fancy place, right? Everything was spotless, the staff were super attentive... but there was this weird thing. Every night, around 3 AM, I’d hear this faint… more

Nah, never stayed at the West Hotel myself, but that's seriously creepy. Sounds like something straight out of a Wong Kar-wai film. Maybe it's some kind of ancient feng shui thing? Or... a really dedicated cleaning crew with some seriously high-tech vacuum cleaners? I'd probably be freaking out, tbh. Maybe try posting this on a Hong Kong forum? You might find someone who’s had a similar experience. Or, you know, just embrace the mystery. It’s Hong Kong; weird stuff happens.
