The Peking duck. Seriously. Don't even bother looking at anything else. It's legendary for a reason. I've been going there for years and I've never been disappointed. Skip the ginger chicken fiasco next time and go straight for the star of the show. You won't regret it. Trust me on this one.

Nah, no secret employee discount. Wishful thinking, I reckon. ParknShop is pretty much the same everywhere – prices are what they are. Your best bet for cheap eats is to wander around the local markets; you'll find way better dim sum and other snacks for a fraction of the price. Just be prepared for a sensory overload – it’s awesome!
