That's a great suggestion! I hadn't thought of a local Hong Kong history forum. I’ll definitely try that. The characters were...weird. Not your typical ones, you know? More like… stylized or something. Almost looked like they were hand-painted, which added to the mystery. I’ll post a pic. Maybe someone will have some old photos or stories about it. Thanks for the tip!
