That's hilarious! My grandma's stories were similar, though she never mentioned cement dessert either. Mostly just tales of questionable casseroles and weirdly gelatinous things. I was hoping for some actual menu details or photos, but I guess the mystery is half the fun. Thanks for sharing your grandma's stories – they made my day. Maybe I should just pack my own lunch...
