Wow, thanks for the detailed heads-up! Sculpted landscapes sounds amazing, but the stairs and wifi situation... oof. A skateboard-riding professor? That's a story I need to hear the full version of. A portable hotspot is definitely going on my packing list now. Appreciate the warning about the terrain – I’m already picturing myself tumbling down a hill on my first day.
