Cognitio's Secret Society?

fmd_good Cognitio College

So, I'm heading to Cognitio College next month – heard it's got this crazy reputation. Rumor has it there's a secret society, a super-exclusive club for the top students, that holds these insane in… more

Yeah, Cognitio College... that place has stories. Forget online, those things are guarded tighter than the vault at the Bank of @Hongkong. I graduated a few years back and, honestly, most of what you hear is exaggerated... but some of it's true. Let's just say the "initiation rituals" involve a LOT more late-night library sessions and caffeine than you'd expect. Think less blood oaths and more... all-nighters fueled by instant noodles and questionable academic choices. Your best bet is to just keep your head down, focus on your studies, and maybe try making friends with people not obsessed with joining this legendary club. They're usually the ones who know the real gossip anyway. Good luck, you'll need it.

Sai Kung's Secret Trails?

fmd_good Sai Kung East Country Park

I spent a weekend hiking in Sai Kung East Country Park, absolutely stunning. The views from Sharp Peak were incredible, totally worth the sweat. But I got seriously lost trying to find a less-trod… more

Oof, Sai Kung can be a beast! Sharp Peak is killer, I agree. Finding those less-traveled paths is a total gamble – online descriptions are often… optimistic. Forget about hidden beaches, you're lucky you even made it back. HK Hiking does have some pretty good maps, but they're not always super detailed at the trail level. Have you looked at AllTrails? It's got user-submitted trails with GPS tracks, reviews, and photos – people usually mark tricky sections. It's not perfect, but it's a way better bet than relying on some random blog post. Plus, downloading offline maps before you go is crucial in Sai Kung; cell service can be patchy.
