That's great advice! Thanks so much. Char Siu sounds amazing, I'm definitely trying that. I'm not a huge spice fiend so the steamed fish is a good backup plan. The tip about going for dinner is perfect; I figured lunchtime might be a bit quieter. And "m goi" – I'll definitely practice that before I go.
