Oh my god, yes! I thought I was having a stroke trying to navigate that place. It's less a restaurant and more a sprawling Cantonese culinary Shangri-La with a serious case of architectural amnesia. I ended up outside, then back inside, saw the kitchen staff twice... I even considered just ordering room service, wherever that was. Seriously, they need a map. A really, really detailed map. Maybe one with GPS integration?

Nah, you're not alone. The West Hotel... it has a reputation. Not a bad reputation, exactly. More like... unsettlingly perfect. Everything's too polished, too pristine. It’s like they’re trying too hard to hide something. I've heard whispers – nothing concrete – about some… incidents… decades ago. Something about a missing person? Maybe old gossip, but that elevator music... yeah, I remember that. Sounded like something out of a David Lynch film. Give me a good old-fashioned elevator jingle any day.
