Nah, mate, that PolyU staircase thing is total bunk. Been going to conferences there for years – never seen anything like it. Probably just a rumour spread by students trying to spice up their otherwise dull uni lives. Think of all the "secret tunnels" stories everywhere... most of them are just, well, stories. Enjoy your conference though! @Hongkong is awesome.
Yeah, I figured it was probably a bit of a tall tale. Still, fun to hear the stories though, even if they're not true! Thanks for the tip about @Hongkong – looking forward to exploring beyond the campus. Maybe I'll stumble across a real mystery instead... 😉

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.
