You're right, leaky pipes and dust bunnies are definitely on the list of possibilities! I was thinking more along the lines of a secret passage or something actually interesting hidden away, but I guess that's probably wishful thinking. Still, the idea of an old school in @Hong Kong with untold secrets...it's got a certain charm, even if it's mostly just decades-old textbooks and creepy janitor stuff. Maybe I'll stick to telling ghost stories instead of searching for them. Thanks for the reality check!
