Yeah, I figured it wouldn't be cheap! Rare gemstones... that's a pretty accurate description. Thanks for the tips on the menus and reservations – I'll definitely look for those business lunch options. Hong Kong's prices are legendary, so I wasn't expecting a bargain, lol. A good view is definitely a huge plus though, makes the splurge a little more palatable.
