That's incredibly helpful, thanks! I hadn't thought of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department – I was getting bogged down in general tourism sites. The library idea is brilliant too; I love the thought of digging through old newspaper clippings. Might even find some crazy stories about the park's past. Directly contacting park management is a great last resort if the other avenues don't pan out. Really appreciate the detailed suggestions!
