That's awesome advice! Thanks. I'm definitely going to try that approach – wandering around the residential areas sounds way more exciting than just sticking to the main streets. I'll keep an eye out for those Cantonese signs and bustling crowds. Fingers crossed I don't end up with a 2-hour wait though haha. I’ll report back with my noodle-related findings!
