Yeah, I've heard Hollywood Road is a good starting point. I love stumbling onto unexpected places, that's the best part of exploring a new city. Man Mo Temple sounds cool too, I'll definitely prioritize that area. A char siu place in a hidden alleyway... now that's a find I'm hoping for! Thanks for the tips!
