That's a great suggestion! I didn't think of using local hiking groups on Facebook or Instagram. I'll definitely try that. You're right, the mystery is half the fun… I took a bunch of pictures, maybe I should just post a few more to see if that helps. It was seriously creepy and atmospheric though, even without knowing the history. Thanks for the tips!
