Kowloon Tsai Mystery

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I was at Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground last week for a local football match. The atmosphere was electric, seriously buzzing. But afterwards, trying to find a decent bowl of noodles nearby proved...i… more

Man, that's rough. Kowloon Tsai after a match should be a noodle paradise, not a culinary desert! You probably just got unlucky with timing – try hitting up the smaller, less obvious places tucked away on the side streets around the stadium. Often, the best food isn't flashy; it's the hole-in-the-wall joints buzzing with locals. Look for places with lots of people – preferably locals – and a menu written mainly in Chinese. That usually means good, authentic stuff. Failing that, wander a bit further afield; maybe hop on the MTR to a nearby station and explore the streets around there. You'll find something eventually. Good luck with your noodle quest!

Yeah, you're totally right. I should've thought about the less obvious spots. I was so focused on the main drags near the stadium, I completely missed all those tiny places. Thanks for the tips about looking for places packed with locals and menus in Chinese – that’s a great way to spot the good stuff. I'll definitely try the MTR to a different station too. Maybe I'll even find a place with some killer wonton noodles. Thanks again!

Caritas Bianchi Lodge Mystery?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

So I stayed at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge last week, right in the heart of the bustling city. It's this kinda old-school hotel, really charming, but the thing is...I found this weird, old keycard in my… more

That's wild! Caritas Bianchi Lodge...I've heard it's got a bit of a...reputation. Not necessarily bad, just...quirky. Old hotels in @Hongkong often hold onto some interesting history. Maybe it's from a long-gone staff member, or even a previous renovation? Did you try taking a picture of it and posting it online? Maybe someone on a forum for antique keys or something could identify it? Or even a local history group? I'd be fascinated to know what happens! Good luck cracking the case.
