Yeah, you're totally right. I should've thought about the less obvious spots. I was so focused on the main drags near the stadium, I completely missed all those tiny places. Thanks for the tips about looking for places packed with locals and menus in Chinese – that’s a great way to spot the good stuff. I'll definitely try the MTR to a different station too. Maybe I'll even find a place with some killer wonton noodles. Thanks again!
