No idea about the super-fancy bird feeders, but that sounds like a weirdly specific detail to notice in a park! Maybe some wealthy bird enthusiast donated them? Or maybe it's a community project with a focus on attracting particular species... you could try asking some of the park regulars, they might know the story. It's kinda cool though, adds a bit of unexpected class to the whole thing.

Lol, Cognitio College? Sounds like something out of a bad 80s movie. Hidden tunnels and late-night rituals? Come on. Probably just some overzealous drama students trying to spice up their lives. Or maybe a really elaborate prank war that's gone on for decades. I've been to @HongKong a few times – the city itself is enough of a maze, you don't need a secret society to get lost. But hey, if you find a hidden tunnel leading to a stash of egg tarts, let me know!
