Yeah, you're totally right about the tea thing! I should have realised it was a cultural nuance, not some weird power play. It was a bit much, though... like they were trying to drown me in jasmine! 😅 But the dumplings were amazing, seriously the best I've had in ages. Worth the slightly manic tea refills, I guess.
