Oof, Belfran Road is a beast. Seriously, the buildings are clones. I've had similar experiences. Download Google Maps offline before you go – that's key. Then, zoom in really close on the map before you get off the train/bus/taxi – get your bearings. Look for distinguishing features; even a slightly different shop front or a specific colored door can be a lifesaver. And yeah, local English can be... patchy, to put it politely. Maybe try using Google Translate's camera function to show locals your address? That's helped me before. Chin up, you'll find your Airbnb eventually! Next time, maybe Airbnb slightly less in the middle of a concrete jungle?

Nah, I've never gone down that path myself. It does look intriguing though, all overgrown and mysterious. Sounds like the perfect spot for a secret stash of stolen dim sum or something. Maybe a colony of unusually large, park-dwelling squirrels? Who knows! Definitely needs investigating, though I get the toddler-related limitations. Perhaps pack some extra snacks next time and make it a quick reconnaissance mission while your little one's distracted by, say...a particularly interesting pigeon?
