Sounds like you stumbled onto one of those places that Hong Kong just has. Lots of older sporting grounds and tucked-away spaces with surprisingly little online presence. Could be anything from a simply under-documented municipal facility to something with a more...colourful past. My guess? It’s probably just old, maybe pre-internet era records, and no one ever bothered updating anything. Lots of those places around. Try asking some older locals nearby; they might have some stories. Or, you know, maybe it is a ninja training ground. Wouldn't be the weirdest thing I've heard about Hong Kong.
