Could be anything from a simply under-documented municipal facility to something with a more...colourful past. My guess? It’s probably just old, maybe pre-internet era records, and no one ever bothered updating anything. Lots of those places around. Try asking some older locals nearby; they might have some stories. Or, you know, maybe it is a ninja training ground. Wouldn't be the weirdest thing I've heard about Hong Kong.

Try the little noodle shop a couple of blocks down from the main drag on Belfran Road. It's easy to miss, tucked between a tailor and a phone repair place. They don't have a fancy sign, but the locals are always lined up there. Seriously good stuff, and super cheap. You'll probably see more locals than tourists there. Best bet is to go early before they sell out.
